cant believe some people actually cant understand how this would work. very simple and smart design. pontoon float it with passage way in the middle which uses water current to turn a water wheel connected to an AC permanent magnet generator and run your wires (protected wires) up the cord its tied to and to your deep cycle battery. love the design, give me ideas of my own. a larger scale version of this on a large river im sure would put out a good amount of power.﻿

ශරීරයට ඇතුළු වන විවිධ විස වර්ග නැති කරන්නත් රට ඉඳිවලට පුළුවන්. උදාහරණයක් විදියට ගත්තොත් බොහෝ දෙනෙක් හිතාමතාම ශරීරයට ඇතුළු කර ගන්නා මද්‍යසාර විස නිසා අක්මාවේ රෝග ඇතිවනවා. මානසික විකෘතිතා ඇති වෙනවා. එවන් රෝගීන්ට ආයුර්වේදයේ අගනා ඔෟෂධයක් නිර්දේශ කර තිබෙනවා. එය නමින් ”ඛර්ජුරාදි මන්තය” ලෙසින් හඳුන්වනවා. අධික ලෙස මත් වුණු අයගේ මත් බව නැති කරන්නත්, අක්මා රෝග සුවපත් කරන්නත් මේ ඔෟෂධය ඉතා ගුණදායකයි. ඛර්ජුරාදී මන්තය සාදාගන්නෙ මෙහෙමයි. ඇට ඉවත් කරන ලද රට ඉඳි, දෙළුම් ඇට, මුද්දරප්පලම්, රට ගොරකා මද (කහ පැහැති ගොරකා මද), සියඹලා, නෙල්ලි, උගුරැස්ස සමව ගෙන හොඳින් කපා ඒ වගේ හතර ගුණයක් වතුර මිශ්‍ර කර හොඳින් බ්ලෙන්ඩර් කරන්න. බ්ලෙන්ඩර් කර හොඳින් පෙරා අධික මත් බවින් ඉන්න අයට ඒ පානය (ඛර්ජුරාදි මන්තය) බොන්න දෙන්න. ඉක්මනින් වෙරි මත බහිනවා. බීම නිසා අක්මාවේ ඇතිවුණු විස තත්ත්වයන් මඟහරවන්නත් මේ රසවත් ඖෂධීය පානය ගුණදායකයි. නමුත් එකක් මතක තබා ගත යුතුයි. මද්‍යසාර බිබී ඛර්ජුරාදි මන්තය පානය කිරීමෙන් නම් කිසිම පලක් වෙන්නෙ නැහැ. මද්‍යසාර වෙනුවට ඛර්ජුරාදි මන්තය බොන්න. එය ශරීර සෞඛ්‍යයටත් හොඳයි. හානිදායකත් නැහැ.

තමන්ගේ ආහාර පාලනය කිරීම සහ නිසි විහරණ පිළිපැදීම තවත් මාස හය හතක් වත් කර ගත්තොත් කොලෙස්ටරෝල් තත්වය නිසා වෙහෙසට පත්ව අඩපණ වුණු අක්මාව ප්ලීහාව වගේ ඉන්ද්‍රියයන් නැවත යථා තත්වයට පත්වෙලා නිසි කියාකාරී මට්ටමට ගේන්න පුළුවන්. ඊළගට එම ආහාර පාලනය කිරීම සහ නිසි විහරණ පිළිපැදීම තවත් මාස හය හතක් කරගෙන යනකොට රෝගියාගේ වෛද්‍යවරයා සමග සාකච්ඡා කරල තරමක් ලිහිල් ඇවතුම් පැවතුම් රටාවකට ගියාට වරදක් වෙන එකක් නෑ.කොහොම වුණත් ප්‍රතිකාර නවත්වා වසර දෙකක් තුනක් යනකම් මාස දෙකකට වතාවක් වත් වෛද්‍ය පරීක්ෂණයකින් කොලෙස්ටරෝල් තත්වය මැනගෙන ඔබේ ආයුර්වේද වෛද්‍යවරයාවත් තත්වය පිළිබද දැනුවත් කරන්න.ඔබ ක්‍රමයෙන් නිරෝගී බවට පත්වෙන ක්‍රමාංකයන් දැන හදුනාගන්නා ඔහුත් ප්‍රතිකාර ලබාගන්නා විට ඔබගෙන් ලද මුදලින් ලැබුවාට වඩා සුන්දර නිරාමිස සතුටකින් සංතෘප්ත වේවි.

කොලෙස්ටරෝල් වලදි භාවිතයට හිතකර හා අහිතකර ආහාර ගැන කතා කලොත් එහෙම මෙන්න මෙහෙමයි. මේ අහිතකර ආහාර භාවිතයට නොගැනීම හෝ අවමව භාවිතයට ගැනීම කොලෙස්ටරෝල් අවධානම නැති කෙනෙකුට එයින් මිදීමේ අවස්ථා ඇති කරාවි. අධිකව තෙල්,සීනි,පිටි වෙන වෙනම හෝ මිශ්‍රව සැකසූ ආහාර, ක්ෂණික ආහාර, එළුමස් , ඌරැ මස් හා හරක්මස්, මීකිරි හා යෝගට්, පොල්, රටකජු හා කජු, පීකුදු හා බිත්තර, චීස්, බටර් හා මාගරින්, බිත්තර එළගි තෙල් හා සෝස්, සොසේජස්, එළවළු තෙල් ආහාර අපත්‍ය ආහාර විදියට දක්වන්න පුළුවන්. පොල් හා පිරිසිදු පොල්තෙල් රෝගය වැළදුනු කෙනෙකුට අහිතකර වුණත් නොවැළදුනු කෙනෙකුට වැළදීමේ අවදානමක් ඇති කරන්නේ නෑ. පත්‍ය හෙවත් සුදුසු ආහාර විදියට ගන්න පුළුවන් දේවල් අතර නිවුඩු හිත තැම්බූ හාලේ බත්,අළුත් එළවළු හා පළතුරු, පලා වර්ග,කුඩා මාළු හා මේද රහිත කිරි,කුරහන් පිටි සහිත ආහාර, සූරියකාන්ත තෙල් හා පරළු පාන් ඉදිරියෙන්ම තියෙනවා. ඒවගේම ආහාර පිසීමේදි තිබුණොත් යොදන එහෙමත් නැත්නම් නොදාම ඉන්න කරපිංච නැට්ටට, ගොරොක් අණ්ඩට රුධිර නාලගත මේදය දියකර හැරීමේ අරුම පුදුම බලයක් තිඛෙන බව අමතක කරන්න එපා. ඒ නිසාම ආහාර පිසීමේදි යොදාගන්නා කරපිංචා, සුදුලූණු, රතුළූනු , කුරුදුපොතු, උළුහාල් , කොත්තමල්ලි, ගොරකා වැඩිවැඩියෙන් යොදාගැනීමත් හොදයි. දිනකට සුදුලූණු, රතුළූනු ගෙඩි දෙක තුනක් අනිවාර්යයෙන් කෑමත්, කරපිංචා-ගොරකා-සුදුළූණු-ගම්මිරිස්-ලුණු කැටයක් පමණක් දැල අඹරපු ලුණු මිරිස් , කරපිංචා දළු සම්බෝලය,දෙහි ඇඹුල් දාපු තෙඹු කොළ සම්බෝලයක් දවස ගානේ මාරුවෙන් මාරුවට කෑමත් කොලෙස්ටරෝල් පලවාහැරීමට කියාපු අත්බේත්. වෙල් තම්පලා. මෑ කොළ, දඹල කොළ, ජපන් බටු කොළ(සමහර පැතිවල ආඩිබටු) මැල්ලුමට එකතු කිරීමත් හැදුනු නොහැදුනු දෙගොල්ලටම හොදයි.

ඒ අතරම ශරීරයේ කොලෙස්ටරෝල් මට්ටම ක්ෂණිකව අඩු කරගන්න ඕන නම් කලින් සකසා ගත් වියළූ නැටි සහිත කරපිංචා කොල කුඩුකර කෝපි මෙන් බීමත්, බත් සමග ගිරිතිල්ල කොල සම්බෝලය කෑමත් අත්දුටුවයි සත්‍යයයි. පාවට්ටා කොල වියලා කුඩුකර කෝපි මෙන් බීමත්, සතියකට වරක් වෙනිවැල්ගැට තම්බා බීමත් ඔබව අවධානමෙන් ගලවා තබා ගැනීමට අත්බේත් කරගන්න පුළුවන්. දිනපතා පැය දෙකක් වත් දහදිය දමන කය වෙහෙසෙන වැඩක යෙදීමත් , සක්‍රීය හා අක්‍රීය දුම්පානයෙන් මිදීමත් ,මත්පැනින් ඈත්වීමත් කොලෙස්ටරෝල් අවදානම ඔඛෙන් පලවාහැරීමට මහත් සේ උපකාරී වේවි.ඊට අමතරව කොලෙස්ටරෝල් නිසා හෘදයාබාධ, අධිරුධිර පීඩනය, ආඝාත තත්වයන් ඇතිවිය හැකියි. දැනටමත් දියවැඩියාවට හෝ වකුගඩු ආසාදනයකට ලක්වූ අයෙකුට කොලෙස්ටරෝල් අවධානම ඉතා වැඩියි.කාන්තා පාර්ශවයට වයස 40න් පමණ සිදුවන ඔසප් නැවතීමෙන් පසු කොලෙස්ටරෝල් මට්ටම ඉහල යාමේ අවධානමක් පවතින බව දැනුවත් වීමත් හොදයි.
