cant believe some people actually cant understand how this would work. very simple and smart design. pontoon float it with passage way in the middle which uses water current to turn a water wheel connected to an AC permanent magnet generator and run your wires (protected wires) up the cord its tied to and to your deep cycle battery. love the design, give me ideas of my own. a larger scale version of this on a large river im sure would put out a good amount of power.
